Here is a personalized version of Psalm 89:30-33

If you forsake my law and do not follow my statutes, if you violate my decrees and fail to keep my commands, I will punish your sin with the rod, your iniquity with flogging; but I will never take my love from you, nor will I ever betray my faithfulness.

That's definately something to be thankful for. When we sin, God gives us a holy smackdown... He has to punish sin, but He is so quick to pick us back up and carry us to new places. He is so faithful.
